I am Niharika , a designer and strategist who loves creating delightful experiences. I am currently working to deliver a luxury shopping experience that brings the traditional art and culture of India to the forefront.
Previously I was working on complex internal services in employee management, sampling and scheduling system and smart automation of audit systems at LTI
I enjoy breaking down challenging problem statements and I thrive in an engaging and supportive environment, in both professional and personal life.

I collect (hoard) notebooks and diaries
I don't leave a stationery store without buying the most ridiculously cute notebook there. I also love aesthetic journaling using stickers and washi tapes!
